Q2.  Why should I register with nameitlabels?

By registering with nameit labels, all your information such as name, address and your previous orders will be stored, which will save you time when next ordering.  Obviously we do not keep a record of your payment details, so for each order you will be asked to provide the card details.

Q3.  How can I order?

Orders can be placed via our  internet site which has a secure sever, by post be completing our order form or by calling nameitlabels on 01823 451281.

Q4. What is the benefit of having an icon on the labels?

By adding an icon it helps younger children who may not be reading to identify the belongings a little easier.  Adding an icon just a little something for the labels to stand out and letting children express their individuality.

Q5.  What can the self adhesive name stickers be used on?

These can be used on anything with a smooth hard surface ( not clothing).  They are totally waterproof and will withstand dishwasher/steraliser and microwave.Great for naming shoes, lunch boxes, sports equipment, pens, pencils, electronic game cartridges - the list really is endless.

 Q6.  If the Self adhesive name stickers can be used on shoes, why are there traditional shoe labels available to purchase.

Yes all our self adheisve vinyl name stickers can be used within shoes and we provide FREE shoe cover labels with the majority of packs.  However some customers like the traditional shoe label so in 2007 it was added to our extensive range. 

Q7.  I have tried other iron on labels in the past and was really disappointed - why are nameitlabels any different?
Our namelabels are made of a heat activated material and really do bond with the material.  Like with anything - things improve over the years.  We are so confident of our name labels that we offer a 100% guarantee.

Q8.  I have 2 children can I split the pack into two names?
Sadly  the answer is no, we do however offer a combination pack of labels which has smaller quanties of our best selling labels.  Combo packs allow you to name both clothing and non clothing item at a competive price.

Q9. I have received my labels and there is an error.  What do I need to do?
Firstly apologies, for the error, we do check all labels prior to sending, but sometimes errors occur.  In the first instance, please call or email us and advise of the error.  A replacement set will be made for you - but we do ask for you to send back the incorrect labels at your expense.  The replacement set will not be sent until we have received the incorrect set back.
