Terms/Delivery

Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and inclusive of UK VAT at the appropriate rate.  We accept payment by all major credit cards. 

Payment is taken prior to commencent of the order.  This is because the majority of the items that we sell are personalised and we are unable to re-sell them.  If paying by cheque or postal order, we will commence processing your order once the cheque has cleared.  Personalised order cannot be cancelled unless we fail to deliver with the specified time scale, this is due to the fact that the labels are personalised.

Post & Packing Costs
Postage and Packing is charged at £1.50 per complete order placed.

All orders placed on the internet will receive an automatic confirmation.  Please check your confirmation and notify us of any errors as soon as possible.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Postage.

Confirmation of Orders
All successful internet orders will receive 2 confirmations:

- one from nameitlabels outlining the order with the personalisation details
- one from the payment provider "PROTX" confirming the credit card transaction.

If for any reason you only reason 1 confirmation  - please contact the office to confirm the order. 

Delivery Times
We endeavour to process your order as quickly and have  to you within 14 working days of receipt of your order. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT SEW ON LABLES AND PERSONALISED GYMSACS/BOOT BOOTS TAKE 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORDER.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 2007

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ORDERS PLACED AFTER 30TH NOVEMBER 2007 WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE WEEK COMMENCING MONDAY 7TH JANUARY 2008, AND DELIVERED WITHIN OUR NORMAL TIMESCALES FROM THAT DATE. THIS IS DUE TO ANNUAL HOLIDAYS OF OUR PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT - WE WORK THEM FLAT OUT DURING THE OTHER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND THINK THEY DESERVE A GOOD CHRISTMAS WITH THEIR FAMILIES!

Express Delivery
Should you need your labels in a hurry - please call the office on 01823 451281, where as member of staff will be able to advise the quickest timescale available and the cost.  An additional charges is levied for experess deliveries.

Our Guarantee
From time to time we do make mistakes.  Should your labels arrive with you incorrectly - please return the labels to us within 28 of receiving them and we will reprint them for you and send to you as a matter of urgency.

Overseas Delivery
Orders placed outside of the UK have a post and packing charge of £4.00 per complete order placed and will be charged at the current exchange rate at the time of ordering.

Descriptions
The colours shown on the website and in the brochure are the closest match possible to our acutal vinyl and print colours.

All personalised products are individually made to order and whilst a repeat order would have the same print  type and and icon, it may differ slightly from before as it be will re-created each time.
