PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in £ sterling We accept payment by all major credit cards.
Payment is taken prior to the order. This is because the majority of the items that we sell are personalised and we are unable to re-sell them.
If paying by cheque or postal order, we will commence processing your order once the cheque has cleared.
Personalised orders cannot be cancelled due to the fact that the labels are personalised.

UK POST AND PACKING COSTS
We have split products into categories to make it as fair as possible for all our customers.
But we only charge 1 lot of postage regardless of how many things you order. In the event you are ordering more than 1 item the highest post and packing charge will apply.

All items are sent first class using Royal Mail
2 set of iron on labels = £1.50
2 sets of labels + bottle = £5.00
All orders placed on the internet will receive an automatic confirmation. Please check your confirmation and notify us of any errors as soon as possible.
When your order is dispatched you will be emailed. All label orders are sent by 1st class Royal Mail for all UK orders or Royal Mail. All other items are sent via tracked Royal Mail postage. This does not guarantee next day delivery.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
All successful internet orders will receive a confirmation to the email address you specified.
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible.
On each product page in the bullet points, you will see the dispatch times. Orders placed in August will take a little longer due to the sheer number of people ordering in this month. We do work extra hard to ensure we get the orders processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
In the event your labels are faulty or incorrect, we ask that you contact us at
If the labels are faulty, customers will need to return unused labels at their own expense. Upon receipt of the labels, they will be tested and if found to be faulty a refund or replacement will be offer. Please obtain “proof of postage ” when sending the items to us. In most cases the labels have simply not been applied correctly so in the first instance you will be asked to reapply them following the instructions.
If the labels were incorrect and the error was Name it Labels, we simply ask you to send a photo to email@example.com with a covering email and we will reprint the labels as a matter of urgency.
From time to time we do make mistakes. Should your labels arrive with you incorrectly, please return the labels to us within 28 days of receiving them and we will reprint them for you and send them to you as a matter of urgency.
The colours shown on the website and in the brochure are the closest match possible to our actual vinyl and print colours.
All personalised products are individually made to order and whilst a repeat order would have the same print type and icon, it may differ slightly from before as it is will re-created each time.
