PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in £ sterling We accept payment by all major credit cards.
Payment is taken prior to the order. This is because the majority of the items that we sell are personalised and we are unable to re-sell them.
If paying by cheque or postal order, we will commence processing your order once the cheque has cleared.
Personalised orders cannot be cancelled due to the fact that the labels are personalised.
UK POST AND PACKING COSTS
We have split products into 3 categories – but only 1 postage charge is applied per order, regardless of how many products you order. In the event you are ordering more than 1 item the highest post and packing charge will apply.

carry a postage charge of £3.00
carry a postage charge of £2.00
2 set of iron on labels = £2.00 post and packing
2 sets of labels + bottle = £3.00 post and packing charge

All orders placed on the internet will receive an automatic confirmation. Please check your confirmation and notify us of any errors as soon as possible.
When your order is dispatched you will be emailed, advising method of shipment.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
All successful internet orders will receive confirmation to the email address you specified.
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible.
On each product page in the bullet points you will see the dispatch times. Sometimes during the busiest months of July, August & September items can take a little longer .
In the event your labels are faulty or incorrect, we ask that you contact us at
If the labels are faulty, customers will need to return un-used labels at your own expense. Upon receipt of the labels, they will be tested and if found to be faulty a refund or replacement will be offer. Please obtain “proof of postage ” when sending the items to us. In most cases the labels have simply not been applied correctly so in the first instance you will be asked to re apply them following the instructions.
If the labels were incorrect and the error was Name it Labels, we simply ask you send a photo to email@example.com with a covering email and we will reprint the labels as a matter of urgency.
From time to time we do make mistakes. Should your labels arrive with you incorrectly, please return the labels to us within 28 days of receiving them and we will reprint them for you and send to you as a matter of urgency.
The colours shown on the website and in the brochure are the closest match possible to our actual vinyl and print colours.
All personalised products are individually made to order and whilst a repeat order would have the same print type and and icon, it may differ slightly from before as it be will re-created each time.
